I have been harvesting wild foods since I was a child, learning from my parents before me who taught me a healthy respect and appreciation for nature and wild foods.

I spend weeks at a time living in the bush, collecting the bounty of nutritional foods nature has to offer. During the summer months, I have a team of staff who help collect wild edible foods for distribution.
