Tonica Kombucha was created in 2006 by yoga teacher Zoey Shamai, who fell in love with kombucha's digestive benefits when she stumbled upon the magic brew while studying in a yoga ashram. What began as a small operation in her kitchen has grown into one of the top kombucha brands in Canada.
