Rock Front Family Farm is a small family owned and operated business, located in Sioux Lookout, Ontario that specializes in the year-round production of microgreens, shoots and beneficial grasses. They also run an urban market garden during the warmer months that produces fruits, vegetables, fresh flowers and free-run chicken eggs and Gluten Free baking!

Owners Tyler and Jackie Bernier along with their children are dedicated in producing and distributing high quality and nutrient-dense products for their local and surrounding communities. 

Their mission is to create a sustainable food system locally and to nourish themselves, their community and the planet.
