Thunder Bay has an abundance of local farmers, growers, and producers. I am privileged to use this community for my ingredients. By using as many local products as possible, we are helping to support our own economy as well as reduce our environmental impact.
Food that travels less tastes better!

I operate out of a licensed home kitchen, and maintain proper health and safety standards required by the District Health Unit. Products are created based on the availability of locally sourced ingredients.
