About Us
Since 1989, we have been crafting award-winning, high-quality, mindfully-made goat cheese products, designed with delicious in mind. Our beginnings were humble but our ambition surpassed that, and we quickly grew from one goat to a herd of nearly 1300. We also expanded our product offering to a comprehensive line of handcrafted cheeses ranging from fresh chevre to aged cheeses.
In February of 2018, we realized the increasing demand for the cheese products and decided to focus solely on the production of goat cheese. We have passed the ownership of our goat herd to the Bons family. The Bons have built a new barn and milking parlour where the goats now reside. They continue to supply us with goat milk for the cheese products.
