Producer

Founded in 2020, we are dedicated to providing a premium quality North American style biscotti produced locally with the best ingredients, no artificial flavours or colours and the most variety available in Thunder Bay.

We produce our product in the RFDA kitchen, which is a health inspected, certified community kitchen. We do our best to source our ingredients locally where possible, some ingredients we use simply aren't produced or manufactured locally - but we do use Wildly Canadian honey, Vanderwees Eggs and Nor'Wester Maple Company syrup just to name a few of our local vendors. As we grow and improve our production facilities, we expect to be able to lower costs in areas that will allow us to source more ingredients locally - some vendors produce quantities too small for wholesale sourcing which can make the expense component more than our labour heavy product is able to sustain.
